Lunch Box

Until our truck launches, we are tossing around the idea of doing a weekly lunchbox. A menu with a few items on it released on Thursday night, place orders for at least 10ppl in office or wherever and we deliver on weds or thurs hot and ready to eat. Anyone interested in this type of program??
